Hope everyone is enjoying their BLOKS Cubes and BLOKS Shoe inserts! 🙏
We wanted to share a quick update to announce that the BLOKS refills are now available on our website www.activebambu.com 🎍
Refills are on sale right now starting at just $1.00 each!
When it's time to replace your BLOKS you can opt for the refills instead of purchasing completely new BLOKS. This saves money and reduces waste by reusing the outer shell. Simply unzip your BLOKS zipper at the bottom, remove the inner refills, and cut open and pour the bamboo charcoal into your garden soil. We recommend changing out all 5 pouches at the same time for maximum effectiveness.
The refills can also be used as standalone mini air purifying bags for shoes, gym bags, purses, refrigerator, drawers, hampers, and other small areas. 👍

Hey Backers,
We are happy to announce that our BLOKS project is officially complete! 😍
So what took so long?!
The last couple of months have been quite an experience! We hit a speed-bump in the middle of preparing the last batch of shipments; In a nutshell, on July 1st many countries dropped out of the ePacket service list and did not renew with United States Postal Service. We were relying on ePacket service for many of our international backers. This left us scrambling to find a new shipping solution to implement. We also had to find a shipping solution for those backers who ordered more than 4 BLOKS as they were too heavy to go by ePacket. Since we upgraded each BLOKS to carry more bamboo charcoal then initially planned, we were unaware of just how heavy it made it until it was time to deliver.
But we did it! 👍

So you can imagine with all the pandemic issues that we were already (and still) dealing with, this was definitely not the news we wanted to hear. 😟 The new shipping solution we found ultimately came with increased shipping costs and delays but it was all worth it!
We are now officially closing this project! However, we are going to be answering private messages if anyone has questions or concerns with their shipment. 📧
Still didn't get your BLOKS?
There are a few stragglers who have not yet completed their BackerKit Survey's, we have emailed each one in hopes that they respond soon so we can officially close the BackerKit as well. However, if you have not yet received a tracking number, your package, or a BackerKit invitation by email, it is possible you are part of this list of stragglers and will need direct assistance.
First, you will want to see if you have not yet completed your BackerKit Survey... please visit: https://bloks.backerkit.com and enter in your Kickstarter email address to get your survey sent to you. If you have tried that and still can't get in, please send us a private message (please do not leave comments as we do not want to use the comment section to discuss your shipping address and/or other sensitive information regarding your pledge, it is more effective to contact us by private message) and we will work with you directly in getting your survey answered and your BLOKS sent out ASAP.

Are you ready for fresher air?!
The ship docked a few days ago, pallets picked up, and finally just dropped off to us! There are now pallets of BLOKS waiting to be shipped to backers all over the world! 😮🤩

We are going to lock-down BackerKit surveys now and begin pre-printing shipping labels. Please look for the tracking number email, you should be receiving them throughout the evening today. Please send us a message through Kickstarter or reply to the tracking number email if your address has changed or needs to be updated.
